:Enrollment in Postgraduate Studies
?What are the needed procedures
– All verified documents must be submitted to the Supreme Council of Universities.
– A second copy of all documents in addition to a record proving the applicant isn’t prohibited from traveling issued from the applicants embassy must be submitted to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in the faculty to which the applicant desires in order to be granted the initial approval.
– Post to the initial approval, the Department of Postgraduate Studies will send all documents to the International office in the Ministry of Higher Education in order to be granted the final approval.
– The Arab Affairs bureau is then consulted on the documents till the end of June and the rejected applications are then reconsidered for the following academic years according to the International office regulations.
– Application Fees and University Fees must both be paid in English Pounds.
– The Admissions department in the International office will postpone the academic year for Applicants whom haven’t been granted Security Clearance till the following year.
– The Security Clearance is only valid for a year’s period after which the applicant must reapply to be granted the Clearance once again.
What Documents Do I Need to Enroll?
– A verified copy of the original Egyptian General Secondary School Certificate, along with three digital photocopies of the certificate.
– A verified copy of the original Bachelor/ Licentiate Certificate, along with three digital photocopies of the certificate.
– A verified copy of the University’s Transcript, along with three digital photocopies of the certificate.
– The academic guide of the university the applicant graduated from which includes : Admission condition section, curriculum content section , and conditions for graduation section , in addition to three photocopies of the previously mentioned sections.
– A letter of attendance from the applicant’s university.
– he applicant’s passport which includes the accommodation visa to the host country, in addition to one digital photocopy.
Verification and Accreditation:
All certificates may be verified from the Egyptian Cultural bureau in the host country or the embassy of the host country, in addition to the verification of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
– Certificates can be presented in either in Arabic or English language. In the case of any other languages, an accredited translation is required.
